Job Role : Crop Husbandry Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist farmers in developing crop production plans, including selection of crop varieties, planting schedules, and crop rotation strategies.
• Provide guidance on soil health management, including soil testing, nutrient management, organic matter improvement, and soil erosion control.
• Advise farmers on irrigation techniques, water scheduling, and efficient water management practices to ensure optimal crop growth and water conservation.
• Recommend appropriate fertilization practices, including the use of organic and inorganic fertilizers, to ensure proper nutrient balance for crop growth and yield.
