Agriculture Jobs: The Agriculture Advisor will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to farmers to enhance crop productivity and sustainable farming practices. This role involves the promotion of agricultural products, providing technical assistance, and guiding farmers to adopt the latest agricultural techniques. The candidate will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, crop protection methods, and soil management.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to farmers on crop selection, soil management, pest control, and irrigation.

Promote and sell agricultural products like seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.

Conduct field visits to farms, offer tailored solutions, and support the implementation of best practices.

Offer guidance on enhancing yields and ensuring sustainable farming practices.

Develop and deliver training sessions for farmers to improve their agricultural skills.

Monitor crop health and guide farmers on the use of agricultural tools and machinery.

Act as a liaison between the company and farmers, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Generate reports on field activities and sales performance.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in the agricultural advisory or farming sector.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with farmers from different backgrounds.

Ability to work independently and be proactive in problem-solving.

Knowledge of agriculture, crop management, and pest control.

Sales-oriented with a passion for agricultural development.

Willingness to travel to various locations and work in field conditions.

Qualification:

A degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

Certification or training in crop management or farm advisory is an advantage.

Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
