Job Description:

ASPL is hiring motivated and enthusiastic Agri MBA candidates for Management Intern roles in New Delhi. The selected candidates will work closely with the agriculture business management team and gain practical exposure in agri business operations, field coordination, dealer management, marketing, reporting, and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in handling agriculture business operations and daily management activities
• Support agriculture sales planning, dealer coordination, and agri business development programs
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and agriculture industry surveys
• Coordinate with field staff, distributors, agri retailers, and customers for smooth execution of projects
• Prepare MIS reports, Excel reports, business presentations, and management dashboards
• Participate in farmer meetings, promotional campaigns, and agriculture awareness programs
• Assist in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management activities
• Handle documentation, reporting, and coordination with different departments
• Learn agriculture supply chain management, agri input marketing, and rural business operations
• Work on strategic planning and execution of agriculture business initiatives
