Unit Manager At Eeki Foods in Rajasthan

Role Overview:

Eeki is seeking a passionate and experienced Unit Manager to join our team. He is

responsible for the overall management and operation of an agricultural unit (such as a

farm or a specific production section). This includes ensuring optimal crop or livestock

production, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company standards

and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the labours/workers at the farm.

• Making the daily roster for working

• Allocation of work to subordinates

• Overseeing the day to day operations at farm

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of agricultural workers or farm staff.

• Develop short- and long-term operational plans.

• Prepare and submit reports on production outcomes, costs, and resource utilization.

• Identify and address operational issues or inefficiencies in production.

• Taking care of the stock management

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in agriculture, horticulture degree

2. 1-2 years of exp in working in a polyhouse

3. Proficiency in using computer,MS office,excel

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Team management skills     

6. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Location - Farms in Rajasthan
