Job Description

Founded in 2018, Eeki Foods is dedicated to transforming the agricultural landscape through innovative

technology. We specialize in cultivating a wide range of nutritious and chemical-free vegetables, achieving a

remarkable 1800% higher yield across barren lands while conserving 90% of water. Our mission is to establish

climate-proof farms using cutting-edge growing chambers, medium-less cultivation, and advanced IoT

mechanisms to enhance sustainability and revolutionize the way we grow vegetables.

 

Responsibilities: -

1. Research and Development Projects for Crop Production and Management

  • Conduct studies on crop yield optimization, pest resistance, and soil quality.

  • Develop new protocols for crop production, leveraging R&D findings to improve efficiency and output.

  • Test and evaluate new plant varieties, fertilizers, or irrigation methods to determine their effectiveness.

 

2. Collaborative Problem-Solving for Crop Production and Plant Health

  • Work closely with agronomists, plant pathologists, and crop management teams to identify issues in the growing cycle.

  •  Develop problem-solving protocols and preventive measures for common crop health issues, such as nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases.

3. Industry Trends and Technology Adoption

  • Monitor emerging trends and technologies, such as precision agriculture, biotechnology, or automation.

  • Provide recommendations on integrating these advancements into current production practices,developing trial plans to assess potential impacts.

4. Networking and Representation at Industry Events

  • Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and seminars, representing the company’s interests.

  •  Engage with experts, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and explore partnerships.

 

5. Training Program Development for Agronomy Interns

  • Collaborate with HR and senior agronomists to design effective training materials.

  • Conduct hands-on sessions, demonstrating best practices for crop monitoring, disease identification, and proper handling techniques.

  • Create evaluation criteria and feedback processes to

Candidate Profile


 

  • Bachelors degree in agronomy, plant science, or a related field.

  • 1-2+ years of experience in agronomy or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of hydroponics, plant physiology, soil science, and crop production and other

  • related fields.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, observant, and capable of fostering a

  • collaborative work environment.

Location - Our farm sites in Rajasthan , MP & Maharashtra.

Timings -9am to 6pm

Working days - Monday to saturday
