Job Description:

ASPL is hiring a dynamic Agri Marketing Officer for Nashik operations. The ideal candidate will build strong dealer networks, drive rural sales campaigns, and promote our premium agricultural inputs to local farmers. You will analyze regional cropping patterns to align market demand with product placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network across the Nashik region.
• Conduct regular farmer group meetings (FGDs) and field demonstrations.
• Gather regional market intelligence, competitor pricing strategies, and supply demands.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong B2B agricultural sales capabilities and network building.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
• Familiarity with Nashik's horticulture and grape-growing markets is a huge plus.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
