Responsibilities:

• They perform routine maintenance and inspection of tractors, ensuring they are in good working condition. This includes checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and performing minor repairs.
• Tractor operators assist in land preparation by clearing fields, removing debris, and leveling the soil for planting.
• They operate tractors to perform tasks like planting seeds, applying fertilizers and pesticides, and watering crops using irrigation systems.
