Essential Qualifications :
• For JRF 1 position (Bioactive molecules extraction):
Should have a consistently good academic career with M.Sc. / M.Tech in Chemistry / Biochemistry. CSIR-UGC NET or GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.
Candidate without CSIR-UGC NET or GATE may be recruited through proper selection committee as per BIRAC-SBIRI norms. Preference will be given to the candidates having prior exposure / experience in conducting bioactive compounds extraction and estimation.
• For JRF 2 position (Insect Bioassays):
Should have a consistently good academic career with M.Sc./ M.Tech in Agriculture/General Entomology/ Biopharmaceutical Technology/ Biology.
CSIRUGC NET or GATE qualified candidates will be preferred. Candidate without CSIRUGC NET or GATE may be recruited through proper selection committee as per BIRAC-SBIRI norms.
Preference will be given to the candidates having prior exposure / experience in conducting bioassays with plant insect pests.

Note: Only suitable candidates will be called for the personal interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview. Institute encourages the selected researcher for pursuing his/ her doctoral studies by taking objectives of the project.
